I'm Maree
Being in sales for over 17 years, I have learned a lot. The good, the bad and the ugly! I have worked with companies from start ups through to established multi million dollar companies in many different industries.
When I was taught to sell many years ago it was all about pain points... It never felt comfortable and I was so focused on closing the sale that I never saw the person I was selling to. It left me feeling burnt out and I lost my passion. I was so sick of chasing the dollar!
I wanted to figure out a way that I could sell, but from a caring, connected and conscious space so it wasn't just about the money! I wanted to help people.
Fast forward a few years and I have now put everything I have learnt into a framework that is high converting as well as focuses on the customer.
As well as delivering more than $13 million in sales, I have trained and managed multiple sales teams and teams and have established and implemented sales and negotiation skills in Australian and global organisations, so I have a clear understanding on what works and what doesn't.
Sales isn’t about convincing someone to choose you. It’s about understanding what they need, helping them see the right solution and making the next step feel clear.
